Return and Refund Policy

Prism Innovations Limited trading as Town Squared Art

We want you to be completely satisfied with your art print purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your art print must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unframed (unless the frame was supplied by us)

  • In its original packaging (mailing tube with acid-free tissue paper wrapping, or cellophane bag with backing board)

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Art prints that have been framed by the customer, removed from original packaging, or show any signs of damage not present upon delivery cannot be accepted for return.

Return Process

  1. Contact us using the details above

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return

  3. We'll provide return instructions and our address

  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  5. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your art print arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@townsquaredart.com or 07747 032 002.

Photo evidence is required for all damage claims. This helps us assess the issue quickly and often allows us to send a replacement immediately without requiring a return, saving you time and effort.

As we personally pack every print with care, we take full responsibility for any items that arrive damaged due to our packaging or handling.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized art prints

  • Art prints that have been framed by the customer

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Items showing signs of damage or wear not present upon delivery

Framed Prints

If you purchased a framed print directly from us, returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Photo evidence and clarification will be required to establish whether the issue is with the print or the frame.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
