Art Prints
We sell physical art prints only. Our collection includes original artwork created by us, including a special collection of bespoke floral letters, fruit, vegetables, insects, and gardening equipment created by our founder's late mother.
Personalized Prints
We offer personalized art prints using photographs provided by customers. By providing photographs, you confirm that you own the rights to these images and grant us permission to use them solely for creating your personalized print.
Custom Orders
We may accept custom or personalized orders at our discretion. All custom work must be discussed and agreed upon before production begins.
4. Ordering and Payment
Order Placement
Orders are placed through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of order placement.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. Payment processing is handled securely by our third-party payment providers.
Failed Payments
If payment fails for any reason, your order will be automatically cancelled. You will be notified of the cancellation and may place a new order if desired.

5. Order Processing and Shipping
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days if items are in stock. As we are a small business operated personally, there may be times when we are unavailable (such as holidays). We will always notify customers of any delays and offer the opportunity to cancel if the timescales don't work for you.
Shipping
We primarily ship within the UK. International shipping is available upon special request - please contact us before placing an international order to discuss shipping options and costs.
Out of Stock Items
If an item becomes out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you immediately. We may need up to 7 days to print additional stock. You will have the option to wait for the restock or cancel your order for a full refund.

You may cancel your order only if you contact us within 24 hours of placing the order by:

We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request. Cancellations requested after 24 hours cannot be accommodated as your order may already be in production.

Our Rights
All artwork, designs, images, text, and other content on our website are owned by us or used with permission. This includes original artwork and the special collection created by our founder's late mother. When you purchase an art print, you receive the right to display it for personal use only. You do not receive any reproduction rights, commercial usage rights, or the right to resell copies of the artwork.
Customer-Provided Content
You retain ownership of any photographs or images you provide for personalized prints. By providing these materials, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for creating your personalized print.
